Service Description
Starting at $99 per hour + Travel Charge (Depending on Travel Time) How it Works: 1) Submit your move details online and make your deposit. 2) a Moving Consultant will contact you as soon as possible via text message to confirm your move details and may ask for photos of what you will be moving. 3.) You're Reserved! Sit back and relax! **There is a 3 Hour Minimum for every move on our calendar. This minimum is billed at the labor rate x 3 hours. Special rates may apply for high-demand moving dates, holidays, or weekend services. Each customer is responsible for paying a travel fee that is calculated based on travel time & mileage from dock-to-dock that includes all service locations. This is a tentative booking and is not guaranteed on our calendar until a moving consultant confirms the details of your move.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Titan Relocation’s 1 Bedroom Instant Booking. Please review the following terms and conditions. By using this service, you agree to these policies. Scope of Service This option is for small moves (1 bedroom, studios, dorms, etc.). If your move exceeds this, please contact us for a custom quote. Common Issues Delays: Traffic, weather, or location issues may cause delays. Titan Relocation is not responsible for delays due to factors beyond our control. Furniture Assembly/Disassembly: This service does not include complex furniture assembly/disassembly. Basic disassembly (e.g., bed frames) may be provided at the crew’s discretion. Titan Relocation is not responsible for any damages. Appliances: We do not disconnect or reconnect appliances. Please ensure this is done before our team arrives. Valuable/Fragile Items: For fragile or valuable items, we recommend personal transport. Titan Relocation is not responsible for damage to improperly packed items. Stairways/Elevators: Please notify us in advance if stairs or elevators are involved. Additional fees may apply. Limitation of Liability Damage Coverage: We offer standard damage coverage based on weight. Additional coverage is available upon request. Pre-existing Conditions: Titan Relocation is not liable for pre-existing damage to items. Parking: You are responsible for securing parking at both locations. We are not liable for delays or fines due to parking issues. Booking Adjustments: If your move exceeds the 1 Bedroom scope, additional charges may apply, or rescheduling/scheduling an additional move may be necessary. Customer Responsibilities Be present or have a representative present during the move. Provide accurate details about your move, including any special conditions (stairs, tight spaces, etc.). Ensure all items are packed and ready for loading before our team arrives. Cancellation/Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedules made less than 72 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.
